About The Position

RWK Services, a nationwide green certified building service provider, is currently hiring for a part time cleaning Supervisor for multiple office buildings in Broadview Hts., Ohio the schedule is Monday through Friday 5:30pm - 9:30pm. M ajor responsibilities include: Supervising the work of cleaning staff at a specific building(s) Initiate or follow-up on quality/building inspections Assist through training and orienting new employees on specific buildings Assist in covering open positions when necessary Maintain cleaning supplies and materials & ensure proper usage.

Requirements

• Previous office cleaning experience is required
• Be detail-oriented
• Be able to work independently and still get the job done
• Pass a pre-employment background check by both the employer and site location
• Physically able to walk, stand, repetitive bending forward, push/pull objects, repetitive lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs, kneeling down, reaching & grasping, repetitive arm movements and occasional climbing

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred
