About The Position

We have a full-time, day shift, working Supervisor position in Charleston, WV. The position schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30pm Pay rate is $15.50/hour. Cleaning= 60% Inspections= 20% Staff Management and Training= 20% Position Summary - The Supervisor is responsible for staff management, routine cleaning, and budgetary concerns. Requirements

• Completion of a standard high school or trade school course or equivalent combination of experience and training required.
• Must have knowledge of proper procedures for cleaning and maintaining floors.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a custodian preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and oversees all custodial work, maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Must get along well with others and deal effectively with clients, managers, subordinates and site visitors.
• Cleans assigned account and fills in for absent cleaners.
• Additional duties as assigned pertaining to specific site or projects.
