Summary/Objective Maintain the cleanliness of plant and offices Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Sweep, mop, dust, and clean the windows in the plant, offices, conference room, restrooms, break room, hallway, and lobby. Gather and dispose of trash in offices, restrooms, hallway, and break room. Stock restrooms and break room with needed supplies. Clean break room tables, counters, and microwaves. Vacuum and clean carpets. Clean eyewash stations and water/bottle filler station. Assist in the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms. Perform other duties assigned by management. Follow all safety rules to ensure the safety of yourself and those around you. Work Environment This job operates in aâ¯manufacturingâ¯environment. The candidate is frequently exposed to noise, dust and various chemicals requiring the use of appropriate personal protective equipment including safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the candidate is regularly required to talk, walk, stand (for extended periods of time), and hear. The candidate will be required to reach out and overhead with hands and arms, climb up /down steps, bend, stoop, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull with entire body weights up to 100 lbs. The candidate must be able to perform repetitive hand actions (grasping and fine manipulations). The candidate must have 20/20 vision or corrected 20/20 vision. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work will be determined by shift. Weekend and overtime may be required as job duties demand. Travel This position requires little to no travel. Required Education and Experience High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency Certificate preferred.
