Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check and TB test
• Candidate must have a prior background in management or Supervision

Responsibilities

• Leading a small team of cleaners making sure everyone knows their tasks and assignments
• Conducting walk throughs to make sure all rooms, sections, and areas are cleaned per the scope of work
• Making sure all supplies are stocked and alerting the Account Manager when they are running low
• Safety Compliance - making sure all Team Members are wearing the proper PPE such as non-slip shoes or gloves.
• Ensuring wet floor signs are posted when wet work is being performed
• Will be required to fill in when Team Members are out.
• This is a working Team Lead position
