About The Position

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the GSA-Federal Courthouse project to ensure profitable operations, superior quality, and full compliance with the contractual Statement of Work (SOW). This position oversees all janitorial and facility service operations, maintains customer satisfaction, and fosters a positive, long-term working relationship with GSA and Courthouse staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Be knowledgeable of the Challenge Enterprises Mission Statement and demonstrate commitment to its values. · Operate the project in an efficient, compliant, and cost-effective manner. · Maintain budgeted benchmarks and control project costs. · Deliver high-quality customer service and promptly address client concerns. · Ensure all requirements of the customer Statement of Work (SOW) are met. · Exhibit a positive attitude toward peers, supervisors, volunteers, and employees. · Evaluate employee productivity according to Challenge Enterprises’ established performance standards. · Develop efficient work schedules for all project employees. · Conduct quality assurance inspections using the CompuClean program and distribute reports to the GSA COR and Contracts Administrative Assistant. · Review and maintain employee time, vacation, and sick hours in our payroll system. · Control expenditures for equipment, supplies, and personnel (including overtime and vacation). · Communicate and schedule any planned absences with your supervisor. · Ensure all employees wear clean, appropriate uniforms. · Order supplies and equipment from approved vendors; complete and submit purchase order forms with signatures and dates. · Conduct monthly and regular safety training for all assigned employees. · Attend all mandatory meetings scheduled by the VP of Business Development. · Adhere to all agency policies and procedures. · Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmental disabilities and at least one year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities in the same field.
  • Knowledge of contract requirements, monitoring guidelines, and compliance expectations.
  • Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors year-round.
  • Must be able to twist, stoop, bend, reach, pull, stand, and walk for up to eight hours a day.
