About The Position

The Manager, Janitorial is responsible for overseeing day-to-day janitorial
operations across multiple small to mid-sized client accounts within an assigned
geographic area. This role ensures service excellence, operational efficiency,
employee engagement, and strong client relationships for locations that do not
have dedicated onsite management. The Area Manager serves as the primary liaison
between ABM and clients, ensuring contractual compliance, quality service
delivery, and a culture of safety and accountability.

Compensation: $75,000 annual salary (US Dollars)

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will
vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills,
abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be
eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
