Applied Underwriters is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Manager to oversee all custodial operations at our new 270,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art corporate headquarters, designed to support up to 2,000 employees. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cleaning and sanitation processes that ensure a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The Janitorial Services Manager will lead and coordinate janitorial staff, establish cleaning schedules and quality standards, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with daily operational oversight to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and efficiency throughout the facility.
