Job Summary: The Regional Manager will be responsible for daily operations and quality control at the assigned account. Requirements

  • High school graduate or recipient of GED required.
  • Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Requires a high attention to detail, the ability to cope with mental demands, prioritize and process information quickly with accuracy and clarity.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor.
  • Possess patience, tact, enthusiasm as well as diplomacy when dealing with any person no matter the circumstances.
  • Possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in potential stressful and time sensitive situations.
  • Possess problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, read/comprehend detailed instructions and process information with accuracy and clarity.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and written.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background, a clean MVR check (if driving), and employment verification.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment and random employment drug screens.

Responsibilities

  • Recruits, conducts screening interviews, administers tests, checks references, and evaluates potential applicants for hire.
  • Conduct safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, identify corrective action, and implement follow-up assessments.
  • Assist and support in all preventative care implementations, and compliance training programs.
  • Makes job assignment offers to employees explaining full job description, terms of assignment, pay rate, and benefits.
  • Obtains complete and accurate information from customers placing job orders and matches the best candidate for the job.
  • Conducts employee orientations and/or job specific (or customer specific) training.
  • Monitors employe activity at customer location such as attendance and performance.
  • Conducts service calls to customers to ensure quality service, obtain feedback, and recommend solutions and improvements, track and capture data.
  • Follows and communicates all safety rules and regulations.
  • Represents Sizemore, Inc. at various professional, academic, and/or civic activities as requested.
  • Supports the local branch office in their corporate requirements.
  • Performs routine office, secretarial, and clerical tasks including maintenance of filing systems.
  • Aggressively prospect new clients and build client base.
  • Build and service accounts, conduct cold calls, and deliver measurable results.
  • Benchmark service performance, conduct performance appraisals and analyze bottom line goals and targets.
  • Maintain professionalism in self-presentation (i.e., phone etiquette, mannerisms, and personal appearance) and customize the communication/presentation of company services, one-on-one and group presentations, and the demonstration of satisfying customer business needs.
  • Work with division office on budgeting, supervising, listening, time management and organizational needs.
  • Compile payroll on a weekly basis.
  • Schedule and staff accounts.
  • Assist all Operations Manager including VP’s in scrutinizing manpower issues to ensure that non-billable overtime is kept at minimal levels.
  • Provide replacement personnel for full-time accounts when manpower shortages exist.
  • Provide direct supervision to all on-site night supervisors.
  • Counsel, terminate, and other disciplinary actions.
  • Order any PPE, uniforms, and other equipment necessary functions and/or to meet contract specifics.
  • Directly supervise employees to ensure that all training requirements are satisfied in accordance with state laws (if applicable).
  • Provide price quotes for services and initiate staffing for full-time, one-time service and part-time accounts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct on-site inspections of personnel and performance to ensure that contract compliance is satisfied.
  • Daily review of all reports and incident reports and monthly review of billing statements for accuracy.
  • Address all Workers’ Compensation concerns immediately, completing paperwork, follow-up, working closely with our insurance company and injured employee to insure they are properly taken care of and back to work as quickly as possible.
  • Address all Unemployment issues with the 3rd party administrators and State offices as needed, conducting investigations, completing paperwork, and participating in hearings.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings when scheduled.
  • Operate specialized equipment when trained and authorized with no issues.
  • Drives a culture of constant improvement, identifying and implementing changes to increase productivity and efficiency of service.
  • Enforces Sizemore’s policies and procedures as needed.
  • Additional duties assigned, as necessary.
