About The Position
The Facilities Janitor/Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the community’s clubhouse, pool area, and surrounding grounds. This role includes light maintenance duties and requires a proactive approach to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Pressure washing walkways, building exteriors, and other surfaces as needed
- Cleaning and sanitizing clubhouse and pool restrooms
- Maintaining pool area by removing debris such as palm fronds and trash
- Mopping, sweeping, and cleaning windows throughout common areas
- Routine trash pickup from grounds and designated disposal areas
- Blowing leaves and debris from sidewalks, walkways, and driveways
- Performing light maintenance tasks, including but not limited to basic power washing and minor upkeep duties
