About The Position

The Facilities Janitor/Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the community’s clubhouse, pool area, and surrounding grounds. This role includes light maintenance duties and requires a proactive approach to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Pressure washing walkways, building exteriors, and other surfaces as needed
• Cleaning and sanitizing clubhouse and pool restrooms
• Maintaining pool area by removing debris such as palm fronds and trash
• Mopping, sweeping, and cleaning windows throughout common areas
• Routine trash pickup from grounds and designated disposal areas
• Blowing leaves and debris from sidewalks, walkways, and driveways
• Performing light maintenance tasks, including but not limited to basic power washing and minor upkeep duties
