About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Lead to oversee evening cleaning operations and ensure high-quality standards are met. This role is ideal for someone with leadership skills who can work independently while guiding a small team.

Requirements

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience required
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

Lead and support janitorial staff during scheduled shifts
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly and on time
Perform general cleaning duties, including floors, restrooms, and common areas
Monitor supplies and report inventory needs
Follow safety procedures and cleaning protocols
Serve as point of contact during assigned shift
