About The Position

Are you looking for a consistent evening schedule that keeps you moving? We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Flex Team Member to join our operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and takes pride in creating a clean, safe environment for our clients. Position Overview Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (20 hours/week) Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour Location: Various sites (Reporting to site-specific supervisors and the Operations Manager) The Role As a Flex Team Member, you are the "Swiss Army Knife" of our cleaning operations. While you will check in with the Site Supervisor for daily tasks and quality control, you will report directly to the Operations Manager regarding your schedule, site assignments, and overall performance.

Requirements

Valid North Carolina Driver’s License: (Required for travel between sites).
Reliability: You are the person we count on to ensure no spot is missed.
Communication: Ability to take direction from both site-level and operations-level leadership.
Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

Perform general janitorial duties (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom sanitation).
Travel between designated local sites as needed.
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
Follow specialized cleaning protocols for different facility types.
Maintain clear communication with management regarding site status or maintenance needs.
