About The Position

The Store Flex Support position provides excellent retail Customer Service to all Customers and Team Members. They will be trained on all departmental counters, Drive Up & Delivery, cashier functions, stocking and light production (Prepared Produce and Prepared Foods), receiving, and delivery. In addition, they will perform projects such as changing light bulbs, back of the house organization and building display pieces.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as a detail-oriented and efficient person.
• Ability to learn and retain many different skills.
• Flexible and able to switch tasks quickly.
• Calm in stressful situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work in Departments as assigned.
• Secondary Receiver for the Store.
• Deliver, set-up and review Catering orders with Guest.
• Light production such as cut fruit, salad prep, or sandwich station.
• Light projects such as power washing, changing light bulbs, back of the house organization, or other projects as assigned.
