Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
- Comfortable working indoors/outdoors on active job sites
- Reliable, safetyâminded, and teamâoriented
Responsibilities
- General janitorial duties: sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning
- Light demolition: removing debris, dismantling nonâstructural materials
- Safe use of basic hand tools
- Site cleanup, setup, and maintenance
- Follow all safety and PPE requirements
