Requirements
- Legally registered business (LLC, Inc., or equivalent; no sole proprietors)
- Active general liability insurance and non-owned auto coverage
- Commercial janitorial experience in office, medical, retail, or industrial settings
- Reliable crew and equipment to service recurring evening accounts
- Ability to pass a background check for all crew members
Nice To Haves
- Multiple employees with capacity to take on additional buildings
- Experience servicing accounts for facility management or service companies
- Established business with financial profit and loss documentation
- Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish)
