About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions in Northern Nevada is looking for established janitorial contractors to join our independent contractor network. We are the largest management company in the building maintenance industry: we sell and manage commercial cleaning contracts, then partner with independent contractors like you to deliver the work. You focus on cleaning. We handle the sales, client relationships, and account management.

Requirements

• Legally registered business (LLC, Inc., or equivalent; no sole proprietors)
• Active general liability insurance and non-owned auto coverage
• Commercial janitorial experience in office, medical, retail, or industrial settings
• Reliable crew and equipment to service recurring evening accounts
• Ability to pass a background check for all crew members

Nice To Haves

• Multiple employees with capacity to take on additional buildings
• Experience servicing accounts for facility management or service companies
• Established business with financial profit and loss documentation
• Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish)
