The Store Cleaning and Maintenance Lead maintains store instruments and functionality through plumbing, minor electrical, small engine mechanics, and cleaning all departments. She/he should have ability to lead cleaning/maintenance employees, and promote customer service. Cleaning and Maintenance Managers work a variety of shifts, opening and/or closing on some days, including most weekends and holidays. The essential job functions include, but are not limited to: $21 / hour Build and lead a high-performance team of 10-20 employees that promotes an “ultra-clean” company standard Demonstrate organization and administrative skills relative to maintenance equipment and storage Direct a stringent cleaning and replenishment system Fuel dispensing parts replacement Report or repair any equipment found to be in disrepair immediately to the store General Manager Oversee landscape maintenance, waste management, and ice production/replenishment Clean all departments and areas of store as needed Ability to work on the store’s busiest days Ability to work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night Maintain regular and prompt attendance Effectively and efficiently complete tasks Interact professionally with other team members Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Prolonged walking or standing for 8-12 continuous hours Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, balancing, pushing, pulling (e.g. ice cart with 50 or more 20 lb. bags of ice, and lifting product or material weighing 40 lbs. or more) Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
