About The Position

Cleaning Team Lead - Flexible Site Leader (Evenings) Multiple Locations Across Cincinnati, Ohio Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM Weekends may be required depending upon the needs of the company Part-Time Position Travel required to multiple sites - mileage reimbursement included! Requirements

Shift lead or keyholder experience is a plus
Strong decision-making skills
Time management wizardry (planning nightly and weekly tasks is your jam)
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation , and auto insurance
A flexible mindset - you're not tied to one desk or one building

Responsibilities

Overseeing nightly cleaning operations across various client sites with guidance from your Area Manager
Ensuring cleaning quality meets (and exceeds!) client expectations
Training new team members and recognizing rockstar performers
Delivering cleaning products and keeping sites stocked and ready
Communicating regularly with upper management to squash issues and improve service
Juggling nightly priorities and schedules across multiple locations
