About The Position

The Janitorial Associate is responsible for providing general housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and painting for Bridgeway facilities and residences, individual community residences and community businesses and organizations. Requirements

• High school Diploma or GED preferred
• No prior experience or training required.
• Employment with Bridgeway is conditional upon completion of all background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform job task required for janitorial service contract as identified by supervisor.
• Provide a quality and timely cleaning service for customers.
• Follow safety rules and precautions with regard to handling, operation, and storage of equipment and supplies.
• Complete job requirements in a safe manner for well-being of self, co-workers, and others not employed in the Janitorial Business who are in the areas being cleaned.
• Assist with the transport of equipment and supplies, minor repairs of equipment as needed and cleaning of equipment.
• Represent Bridgeway in a positive, professional manner and maintain the rights of confidentiality of coworkers.
