About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Area Manager to oversee multiple janitorial sites in the Louisville area. This role supervises employees and site supervisors, ensures contract compliance, maintains safety standards, and serves as the communication link between the client, operations leadership, and HR. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone comfortable managing people, solving problems in real time, and maintaining strong client relationships.
