About The Position

This is a full-time 2nd shift position 3 pm-12 am Monday through Friday and the occasional weekend coverage. managing the nightly operations in your area quality control budget management supervise and develop employees Successful candidates are those with commercial cleaning or related management experience who truly have a customer service mentality with the inner drive to lead people. This is a full-time 2nd shift position 3 pm-12 am Monday through Friday and some weekend coverage is required. Starting salary is $55,000 year based on proven commercial cleaning experience as well as leadership, and management experience. Area Managers also are eligible for significant monthly labor and performance bonuses.

Requirements

have a proven record of industry experience in commercial cleaning or some equivalent
be experienced in managing people
have the skill to work smart and hard
have a commitment to excellence
have an ability to treat every employee and customer with respect and dignity
manage budgets
have an appreciation and respect for the many cultures represented in our employees
have an ability to interact well with customers
Valid Driver License with a driving record that is insurable by business insurance standards
Criminal background check
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Customer contracts require a willingness to receive all vaccinations, drug testing and annual flu shot which are paid.
