We're currently looking for a motivated professional to step into an Area Manager role and help lead our operations forward. Role Summary: The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple client locations, supporting staff, and ensuring all services are performed to company standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient daily operations and strong client relationships. Schedule: Monday through Friday 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Willingness to travel daily between locations
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across assigned accounts
• Ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction
• Maintain strong client relationships and support retention efforts
• Monitor and manage supply inventory and costs
• Train, coach, and support team members as needed
• Communicate regularly with upper management
• Travel between multiple job sites to provide support and oversight
• Manage time effectively to meet operational demands
