About The Position

This role is for an individual who can embrace the company's mission to purposely brighten and enrich the lives of those they serve with HEART (Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork). The primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness of public areas, offices, and complete other general cleaning tasks to keep the building pristine.

Requirements

• No experience required
• Takes pride in keeping a facility spotless and clean
• Good communication skills
• Can take direction from others
• Knowledge about how to safely and properly use cleaning chemicals

Nice To Haves

• Previous janitorial/cleaning experience

Responsibilities

• Keep all public areas of the community clean and tidy
• Remove loose garbage from the ground and waste baskets
• Assist in cleaning apartments when they transition from a former resident to a new resident
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and properly as needed
