About The Position

JOB HIGHLIGHTS Qualifications: Some industrial cleaning experience prefered but will train person with interest in janitorial duties Responsibilities: Act independently to plan and schedule workload. Make independent decisions. Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment, and safely use various industrial cleaning solutions. Recognize safety concerns and report them to supervisor. Clean offices, conference room, entrance areas, restrooms, and cafeteria. This position requires use of a company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security. Reliable vehicle (unless determined exempt with HR.) Physical Requirements Ability to produce at required rate and quality of assigned job. Ability to facilitate and respond to verbal, written, computerized communications. Mobility to access various locations within ODC facility. Ability to perform quality inspection according to ODC’s and/or customer’s requirements. Bending, squatting, twisting, reaching, standing, sitting, walking frequently required.
