About The Position

Keeps premises/buildings in clean and orderly condition. Candidates should be qualified and open to a full-time position to inspect site and all external buildings to ensure compliance with stormwater quality regulations; review stormwater pollution prevention plans; schedule and inspect outfalls; and assist with post inspections

In addition, a successful candidate will assist in fulfilling other contracted requirements to maintain compliance.

Requirements

• High school education; or up to six months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
