Requirements

Valid Wisconsin Drivers' License
Must attain certification in the following areas
Aerial Platform Safety
Blood Borne Pathogen Disposal
Stormwater/Oil Spill
Must be able to safely lift up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for a prolonged period of time.
Work indoors or outside in all weather conditions
Ability to climb ladder or aerial platform

Responsibilities

Remove refuse and scrap materials and dispose of properly
Safely operate powered equipment such as fork trucks, floor scrubbers, scissors and boom lifts.
Use chemicals and or tools as necessary to keep the facility clean and orderly
Sweep, wipe, dust, mop, wax, and vacuum areas of the facility in accordance with scheduled and non-scheduled assignments
Fill and maintain all housekeeping dispensers
May perform and/or assist in Facility and Maintenance projects as needed including basic facility maintenance and painting.
