About The Position

Turner Industries Group is seeking Janitors for long-term work at several facilities in the Pasadena and La Porte Texas areas. These are long-term positions working a regular 40-hour schedule. No per diem, ideal for local candidates Must pass safety council Available to work overtime as needed, schedule subject to change Must pass a drug and background screen Previous industrial experience a plus JANITOR General Job Description: Assist skilled construction workers in performing their assigned duties. Worker may perform a large variety of duties. Functional Requirements: Employee may perform one or more of the following duties: Maintain premises, rest and working areas of offices and industrial buildings and outer grounds in clean and orderly condition. Performs a combination of dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment; sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, or buffering floors; removing refuse; polishing furniture, fixtures, or trimmings; using janitorial supplies; and cleaning lavatories, showers, or rest rooms; performs a variety of non-mechanic tasks; spends times on the job or may be transferred from task to task as the project progresses.
