Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English for safety, training, and job-related communication
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good physical mobility (must walk the plant regularly)
- Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing shop floors
- Cleaning offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Collecting and disposing of trash
- Cleaning restrooms and restocking supplies (paper products, soap, towels, air fresheners)
- Maintain cleanliness of outside areas and yard
- Keep stockroom neat and organized
- Follow all plant, departmental, and safety rules
- Support company events by helping set up tables and chairs when needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
