As a Janitor, you play a vital role in keeping our facility inspection-ready every day. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining sanitation standards in food production, protecting team members’ well-being, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. You'll be the unseen hero keeping our plant and common areas spotless, organized, and operational.

Requirements

Prior janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred
Willingness to work in a fast-paced food production environment
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines
Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of plant areas, offices, locker rooms, and bathrooms.
Ensure the outside premises are clean and orderly, including basic grounds keeping.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all types of flooring across designated areas.
Regularly remove trash, operate compactor, and bale cardboard at the waste dock.
Power wash bathrooms and locker rooms as needed or requested.
Clean and maintain cafés, break rooms, and dining rooms to ensure a hygienic environment.
Operate floor machines, scrubbers, and buffers to maintain floor integrity.
Perform light maintenance tasks and report facility issues to the Supervisor (e.g., leaks, spills).
Use chemicals and cleaning agents safely following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Follow PPE guidelines and attend Blood borne Pathogen training (provided by CFG).
Support cross-contamination prevention practices at all times.
Remain on your feet for prolonged periods, and perform physically active duties.
