About The Position

Responsible for janitorial services and overall maintenance of the Corporate Offices and their grounds, including support for various maintenance tasks and operating seasonal equipment.

Responsibilities

Clean floors, offices, break room, meeting rooms and restrooms using techniques such as sweeping, mopping, spraying, and wiping.
Adhere to established procedures and cleanliness standards while performing duties.
Take initiative to identify and address areas that may require additional cleaning to uphold a high standard of cleanliness.
Keep track of janitorial supplies, report when restocking is necessary, and restock supplies when needed.
Empties trash from designated areas throughout the building.
Maintain the exterior grounds, performing tasks such as snow and ice removal, lawn mowing, litter pickup, and general building maintenance.
Operate and troubleshoot coffee, popcorn, and ice cream machines daily.
Drive personal vehicle to purchase necessary supplies and parts for projects.
Provide prompt and courteous member service.
Assist with setting up and cleaning after events or meetings.
Prioritize safety at all times and be prepared for emergency response situations, such as spills or accidents.
