Immediate Opening Growth Opportunities Supportive Work Environment Shift schedules: Thursday to Sunday; 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Monday to Friday; 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Saturday and Sunday; 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Weekends are a must. Pay Rate: $18.50 hourly Job Summary Various maintenance duties need to be performed, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, cleaning one restroom, cleaning elevators, stairs, cleaning stair handrails, maintaining equipment to be clear of dust, repairs and removing graffiti when needed. Job Description: Duties consist of regular maintenance of the location, and if any maintenance problems abruptly arise, they are to be handled immediately. Walk to the entire garage, sweep, and pick up all garbage from the floors. Empty trash cans from every floor. Clean the office and restrooms. Mop elevators Maintain equipment clean and clear of dust. Remove graffiti when needed. Special projects - Deep cleaning

Requirements

• Self-motivated individuals with great customer service and courtesy skills
• Ability to work independently in an unsupervised environment
• Ability to understand and follow directions
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Ability to safely use cleaning products (chemicals)
