About The Position

BathWorks of Michigan, the nation’s fastest growing Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealer, is hiring driven, coachable professionals who are passionate about helping homeowners and building a high income career. You will meet with homeowners at pre set, high intent appointments, design custom bath and shower solutions, and confidently guide them through their buying decision. No cold calling. No door knocking. No chasing leads.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people
• Self driven, coachable, and motivated to earn more
• Someone who lives our core values: Hungry, Honest, Team Player, Leadership, Customer First, and Courage
• Willing to travel (100 Miles) for appointments
• Available Monday through Saturday for customer appointments at 10am, 2pm, and 6pm
• Able to run at least 11 appointments per week

Responsibilities

• Run company provided in home appointments
• Design and present premium Jacuzzi bath solutions
• Educate homeowners on options, pricing, and financing
• Take ownership of your results and close sales
