Amentum is seeking a dynamic J56 Senior Plans and Multilateral Engagements Analyst to provide research, planning and analysis support to the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii. Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as J56 planner to design and implement strategic initiatives that support major multilateral engagements, to include: Develop new plans to execute new initiatives Lead headquarters-wide staffing and meetings Develop briefs, talking points, and information papers to inform senior-level strategic planning with senior leader audiences Brief senior leaders, distilling information to provide coherent suggestions Conduct high-level coordination, staffing, and briefings with foreign counterparts. Work independently to execute INDOPACOM staffing processes, identify requirements and execute them in a timely way. Provide necessary administrative, logistical, and technical support to the Branch, including ETMS2 management. Provide administrative and logistical support for successful planning and execution of Multilateral events, engagements, and Conferences Conduct research, both unclassified and classified, on various topics supporting ongoing and emerging operational concepts, policies, and plans, distilling that research into actionable recommendations in the form of briefings or white papers. Draft short timeline responses to specific questions pertaining to policy and operational plans; analyze subject plans and concepts for areas of concern; research and analyze various pertinent national security policies, military strategies, vulnerability assessments, threat and intelligence assessments; and inform planning efforts and new concept development. Conduct theater-level assessments to inform OPLANs/CONPLANs/ GCPs/Multilateral Policies and Strategies
