Requirements

  • Must be approved through the CHI Visa Student Program
  • Must meet J‑1 Work & Travel visa eligibility requirements
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the assigned role
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong reliability, professionalism, and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Support daily hotel operations within their assigned department
  • Perform role‑specific duties with attention to cleanliness, quality, and safety
  • Deliver friendly, professional service to guests and team members
  • Follow all hotel policies, safety standards, and training guidelines
  • Work collaboratively in a team‑oriented, multicultural environment
  • Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance
