About The Position
Required qualifications for this position include: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with team members Push and pull objects Perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms Ability to stand, bend and twist as required Ability to operate a hand truck and forklift Use hand tools Understand mechanical blueprints Follow bill of material Ability to read setup sheets and perform the steps Experience with measurement equipment – tape measure, ruler, calipers, etc. Must have basic math skills – adding/subtracting/angles/fractions/etc. Ability to work in fast paced factory environment Self-starter Should be mechanically inclined Be safety oriented and follow safety rules DPG provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all associates and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
