Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong hand‑eye coordination and fine motor skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently within defined time frames
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a microscope in a lab setting

Nice To Haves

  • Prior hands-on laboratory experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of the cattle industry preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Perform embryo stripping, evaluation, grading, freezing, and fertilization procedures
  • Prepare and manage fertilization and culture plates
  • Search for, grade, and mature oocytes
  • Handle and prepare semen for IVF procedures
  • Maintain accurate recordkeeping, data entry, and quality control documentation
  • Assist with laboratory cleanliness, protocol compliance, and quality standards
  • Manage supply inventory and general lab organization
  • Drive company vehicle to pick up and deliver laboratory specimens as needed
