We are seeking a highly skilled Ivanti ITSM/Neurons Administrator (formerly "HEAT") to build, enhance, and maintain our enterprise service management platform. This is a specialized role responsible for the full Ivanti application suite—including Incident, Service Request, Change, Knowledge, and the CMDB/Product Catalog. You will be the primary architect for Service Catalog automation, developing complex workflows, business rules, and UI configurations (V2/V3). The ideal candidate thrives in a "fires in, fires out" environment, supporting the organization through advanced configuration and moderate API-based integrations. You should be proficient in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, PowerShell, and Ivanti Expressions, and be comfortable creating high-level operational reporting using SQL and the Ivanti Xtraction tool. Additionally, this role maintains critical Bright Pattern IVR workflows, ensuring our help desk operations remain seamless and scalable.
