About The Position

We are hiring an IV Infusion Technician to deliver high-quality IV therapy services while supporting daily clinic operations and client experience. This role is responsible for executing IV treatments, maintaining clinical standards, and ensuring every client receives safe, efficient, and professional care. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with a clear path to leadership. High performers will have the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Clinic Director position.

Requirements

Active LPN license required
IV Therapy Certification
CPR/BLS certification
1+ year of clinical, emergency, or infusion experience preferred
Strong IV and injection skills
Excellent bedside manner and client care approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure
Strong work ethic and reliability
Interest in wellness, preventative care, and functional medicine

Responsibilities

Start IVs and administer IM injections safely and efficiently
Monitor clients during treatment to ensure comfort and safety
Document treatments, client responses, and clinical notes accurately
Maintain strict adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
Create a welcoming, professional environment for all clients
Educate clients on therapies, supplements, and wellness benefits
Communicate clearly and build trust with clients throughout their visit
Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Prepare IV drips and manage treatment flow throughout the day
Track, manage, and restock inventory as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas
Support scheduling and overall clinic efficiency
Work closely with Clinic Director and Assistant Director
Support team goals and daily operational priorities
Assist with training and onboarding as needed
Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment
Demonstrate accountability, initiative, and strong work ethic
Participate in team meetings, training, and development
Take ownership of responsibilities beyond basic role expectations
Become eligible for promotion to Assistant Clinic Director after 90-day performance review
