About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on ITSM Solutions Consultant to support our team as a specialized contractor. We are one of a select few partners globally chosen to implement the new Salesforce ITSM product. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the "why" behind IT Service Management and can help us win and deliver early-stage projects. Our ideal candidate will leverage our existing momentum to help bridge the gap between business challenges and technical solutions.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience with at least one other market-leading ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow, Atlassian/Jira Service Management, Freshworks, Tanium).
  • Deep understanding of the ITSM market and the competitive landscape.
  • Ability to lead discovery sessions and influence stakeholders at both the technical and business level, communicating well with prospective stakeholders, while confidently leading presentations.
  • Keen eye for risk management before and during the sales negotiation process, as well as recognizing additional opportunities for revenue expansion with prospective customers.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can navigate the friction of a growing product, pivoting quickly alongside internal teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the Salesforce ITSM product is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Pre-Sales: Partner with the sales team to speak fluently about business challenges and market dynamics facing our customers and prospects.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the domain lead for ITSM, translating complex ITIL concepts into actionable Salesforce workflows.
  • Solution Alignment: Demonstrate how the Salesforce ITSM product solves real-world IT friction points (incident management, change control, asset tracking, etc.).
  • Project Delivery: Help navigate the platform, assist with initial configurations, and ensure the solution meets the client's business needs.
