About The Position

The Opportunity As part of the Operations Consulting team you will oversee IT service delivery, maintaining alignment with business needs and driving continuous service improvements. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence while interacting with clients at a significant level to drive overall project success. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT Service Management

  • ITIL v3 / ITIL 4 certification
