The Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving IT service management processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT services. This role involves monitoring and reporting on IT service performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions in line with ITIL best practices. The ITSM Analyst will manage incident, problem, and change management processes, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with various IT teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Additionally, the role includes Disaster Recovery (DR) coordination and process analysis, as well as supporting the configuration and optimization of ITSM tools and technologies.
