This position designs, plans, implements, executes and supports processes, procedures and the ITSM platform globally for PHC IS Operations, HR and Revenue Cycle Operations. This individual will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day ITSM production instance, assisting internal and external customers to ensure the platform meets the needs of the customer. This individual will work with Service Management solution developers and business stakeholders on functionality enhancements to achieve the quickest path to resolution/service for our customers and will continually research ways to enhance and/or improve the overall user experience on the PHC ITSM platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Required or In Lieu of degree four (4) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement. Required
  • 1 year of experience as a ITSM Administrator or in a similar role Required or in lieu of degree a total of five (5) years of experience Required
  • Experience with ITSM processes and Service Portal development. Required
  • Experience with HRSD, SecOps, GRC, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Required
  • ITSM Certified System Administrator (CSA). Required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with cloud platforms and services Preferred
  • Additional certifications such as ITIL Foundation, ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist. Preferred

Responsibilities
