Nebraska Wesleyan University (NWU) is seeking a Workstation Support Associate who will provide campus-wide hardware and software technology support including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers. Tasks may include but are not limited to computer and desktop preparation for new employees and collection/refreshing of equipment upon employee separation, installation of equipment, upgrades, hardware and software trouble shooting. The incumbent will work with technology to support employees and students and provide entry level training for users on desktop and laptop hardware and software use specific to each end user/department. The Associate will escalate extended problems through proper channels, keeping management informed as directed. Successful candidates will work typical office hours but may include some evenings and weekends for emergencies.
