About The Position

The Item Master Specialist position will be responsible for administering, monitoring and maintenance of ERP system. They will work alongside the Business Process Improvement Manager to determine, implement, train and upkeep of best practices and procedures for the company.

Requirements

• Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing including but not limited to: background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
• Proficiency in spoken English language; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Position requires in-person, predictable attendance.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License required.
• Employment is contingent upon meeting company driving standards, including an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy
• High School Diploma
• 7 years of experience in a Manufacturing setting required.
• Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to act with a high degree of integrity and ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Possess strong analytical thinking skills, including creative and critical thinking and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of internal control processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for data integrity of ERP system.
• Manage inputs and outputs of item master data.
• Develop processes and procedures to control data flow in conjunction with Business Process Improvement Manager.
• Aid in bridging gaps between cross functional departments and assure effective communication.
• Performs other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
