Requirements

  • Typically requires: A University Degree with 5 years of Supply Chain, Operations, Continuous Improvement, and/or Program Management or an Advanced degree with 3 years of Supply Chain, Operations, Continuous Improvement, and/or Program Management.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of USAF supply policies
  • SAP material management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Delivery Assurance, Industrial Management, SLC, Eagle Supply, LIPT, OKC, GSE, CSE, to establish recovery delivery stream for all applicable parts.
  • Obtain timely delivery info, SIM submittals/disposition, and strategically determine to cancel/rebook sales orders where the supplier is unable to deliver
  • Established weekly cadence and report on top watch file, leads team meeting to review.
  • Reports monthly to the customer
  • Update Critical Parts Tracker for F119 daily.
  • Analyze F119 parts on critical part tracker each day in order to assess impact
