About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. From processing equipment requests to maintaining inventory levels and handling outbound shipments, you'll support critical logistics that keep our client's IT infrastructure running seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Professional, customer‑service‑oriented approach

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with inventory management tools or asset tracking systems.
  • Experience in a tech environment or with IT hardware.
  • Background in global logistics or multi‑region coordination
  • Ability to lift and move equipment in a warehouse setting.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill equipment and material requests with accuracy and urgency
  • Communicate professionally via email and internal channels
  • Maintain precise inventory levels using Excel and internal systems
  • Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse tools
  • Manage outbound shipping workflows including picking, packing, and labeling
  • Coordinate with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries
  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming hardware shipments
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts
  • Support desk moves, onsite deployments, and other logistical tasks
  • Monitor and maintain task queues and SRT queues
  • Facilitate new‑hire equipment delivery across the NORAM region
  • Oversee e‑waste processing, donation logistics, and proper disposal
  • Partner daily with regional inventory teams for alignment
  • Perform additional tasks or special projects assigned by the Site Lead or management
