About The Position
We are seeking a Training Subject Matter Expert to join our IT Department . The ideal candidate will develop and deliver IT training programs, ensuring employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively use technology tools and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in IT training, technical support, or instructional design
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and IT systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex IT concepts for non-technical users
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT training programs for employees
- Design instructional materials and training guides
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions
- Assess training needs and recommend improvements
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for IT-related queries
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to enhance learning initiatives
