Hardware & Software Installation: Setting up, configuring, and updating laptops, desktops, printers, and software applications. Network Maintenance: Monitoring and supporting LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls. User Management: Creating, managing, and maintaining user accounts (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365). Security & Data Protection: Installing anti-virus, updating security patches, and ensuring data security protocols are followed. Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of repairs, system updates, and equipment inventory. Education: Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience/certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+). Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows/macOS, networking protocols (TCP/IP), and hardware maintenance. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
