About The Position

Tech Partners is seeking an IT Technician for a full-time, onsite role in Tulsa. This position provides frontline technical support across desktops, devices, networks, and end-user systems. Its a strong fit for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, customer-focused support, and working in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience
Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Mac experience a plus)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Strong communication and customer service skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving
Time management and prioritization
Attention to detail and documentation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Professional, service-oriented demeanor

Nice To Haves

CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
Experience with ticketing systems and IT documentation
Exposure to cybersecurity best practices
Experience supporting ERP, CAD, or manufacturing software

Responsibilities

Provide daily technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and updates
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory, email, and business systems
Support onboarding/offboarding, including equipment setup and access changes
Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when needed
Assist with routine maintenance, backups, and security practices
Support basic cybersecurity measures (patching, antivirus, MFA)
Deliver clear, customer-focused communication to end users
