We are seeking an IT Technician
to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

Role Summary:

The It Technician will assist with the implementation, maintenance, and documentation of all facets of reliable, efficient, and integrated computer information networks. The ideal candidate will exemplify the philosophy and mission of Eau Resort & Spa.

We have a full-time position available with a Sunday through Thursday schedule.

Requirements

• 5 years' IT experience
• Proficiency in Windows/Mac systems, network troubleshooting
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANS, and maintaining switches/firewalls
• Strong customer service skills for supporting guests and staff
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with hotel personnel to their understanding.
• Maintains competent knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and act as a team.
• Ability to ensure confidentiality of guest and hotel data.
• Ability to be a clear thinker who can remain calm in pressure situations.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to promote positive employee relations.
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers and other departments as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• 2 - 4 year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) like Oracle Opera and Point of Sales (POS) systems like MICROS.
• Familiarity with cabling (Cat 5-6), rack installations, and phone/voicemail systems.
